EASY SOFTWARE AG invited partners to our second Partner Information event at the end of January – and the response we got was outstanding. Hundreds of our partners took advantage of the chance to learn about current and upcoming developments and solutions from the software manufacturer, either face-to-face at our company headquarters in Mülheim, or via live streaming over the internet.
To kick off the event, executive board member Willy Cremers provided a review of the year 2015 – another year of breakthroughs at EASY. “We not only worked intensively on our own structures, we also arranged our products in totally new ways, honing in to focus on new solutions that are in line with market demands.”
Then EASY presented its strategy, providing exclusive insights into the status of our current product portfolio. Our partners learned how EASY is:
- revolutionizing archiving,
- getting ECM Suite Mobility Line up on its feet,
- refining the EASY ECM Suite with a new release,
- establishing Discovery,
- taking a look at the application HR3 for personnel management, and
- focusing even more clearly on SAP processes.
Partner and customers of EASY SOFTWARE AG will be able to benefit in the future from EASY’s reorganization and current substantial expansion of its existing portfolio. These measures will create much more agility, mobility, capacity for integration, scalability, and flexibility across the entire product portfolio. Companies that want to digitize or automate their document-intensive business processes will have access to a broad assortment of “tools” that’s completely unique in the industry. In short: prospects are bright here at EASY.
Another key topic for all of our partners at the event was the reorganization of technical and administrative collaboration with EASY. In the future, it will take place primarily through the Partner Port 2.0. There, EASY will be combining functions our partners formerly knew and benefited from as technical partner consulting and the Partner Port.

We are convinced that this will make our partnership even better, and create additional market opportunities for you as well,” Willy Cremers continued. “I am convinced that my knowledge and my experience can help provide you new marketing opportunities. That’s my goal – the new Partner Port 2.0 was created specifically for you,” Christoph Köhne, Head of Order Fulfilment at EASY, added. He is responsible for planning and managing the new Partner Port 2.0.
