EASY UK: Double Win at the DM 2015 Award

EASY SOFTWARE UK has announced a double award win at the 2015 Document Manager Awards, organised by DM Magazine. The firm was voted by its peers in the UK document management industry as ‘Workflow/BPM Product of the Year’ for EASY Documents. And in a truly red-letter night for the company, it also racked up the equally important win in the ‘Compliance Product of the Year’ category, for EASY Archive – while coming Runner Up in the ‘Data Capture/Recognition Product of the Year’ Award for EASY Capture Plus. We congratulate our colleagues from England for winning two awards at the 2015 DM Awards.

“A recognition that you have reached the highest standards…”

At the glittering black-tie industry event at London’s Hotel Russell on 22 October, Howard Frear, Director of Sales and Marketing, Tony Cheung, Technology Director and George Haddaway, Business Development Manager, flew the EASY flag, along with partners, clients and colleagues. “A Document Manager Award is recognition that you have reached the highest standards, as it’s defined by industry experts, partners and colleagues. Everyone works long and hard throughout the year at EASY SOFTWARE UK, so this is an acknowledgement that everyone’s effort and dedication has been worthwhile”, says Frear.

DOCUMENTS + Archive = unbeatable combo

The products that the document management sector found to be an unbeatable combo this year were EASY DOCUMENTS and EASY Archive. EASY DOCUMENTS easily enables business process flows to be automated whilst providing users with greater transparency of transactions, while EASY Archive enables centralised and auditable storage of all information in a company and a quick search for their contents, capturing any type of bulk data, structuring the document flow via integrated workflow functions, and ensuring revision-proof long-term archiving.

In notable company…

EASY’s technology is in notable company, as previous winners in both categories include industry giants such as IBM. But the wins cap a strong run of success in the Document Management Awards, as its trophy cabinet also holds awards such as ‘Channel Company of The Year’, ‘Email Product of The Year’ and ‘Marketing Team of the Year’, amongst others.

“It’s a great celebration of the industry – and our thanks to all our clients for their belief in us and continued loyalty, but also of course to everyone who voted for us.”

The ‘Oscars’ of the DM world

Now in its ninth year, the Awards, the undisputed ‘Oscars’ of the Document Management world, is recognised as the must-attend date on the calendar for the document and content management industry. The awards span a range of product and project categories, with winners selected via a combination of online voting and the opinions of an expert judging panel.
