As part of the “Digital Invoice Day” event in Munich, Germany, some 40 executives from the Tax, IT and Finance departments welcomed the opportunity to obtain information about current topics and trends in the industry. In association with PWC and Infiana, EASY SOFTWARE organized this seventh one-day conference, which focused on aspects covering electronic invoices in business payment transactions.
Using application examples and technical presentations, this event provided a detailed view of digital accounting. Speakers answered questions revolving around benefits: how to significantly increase the efficiency of the accounts payable department, considerably shorten processing times of an invoice up to posting it, or ensure more access to information and process transparency. Another important aspect includes specific requirements for electronic invoice processing and for implementation in organizations. These technical presentations were followed by constructive exchange of information dialogues on these topics.
EASY proved a competent partner to visitors to the Munich event, answering all questions – with, of course, enough time for personal conversations after the presentations. Participant feedback was positive throughout: they said the event was very informational and helpful.
By the way, the next “Digital Invoice Day” event will take place in Hamburg on November 25, 2015. Topics will include business payment transactions in combination with, for example, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and other sales order and stock control systems.
