This year, you can find EASY SOFTWARE AG in the BITKOM ECM Solutions Park in Hall 3 (Stand B17). Together with other companies from all areas of ECM, EASY will be presenting the broad range of solutions for processing digital content within companies. Topics include the fundamental aspects of document management, the electronic invoicing standard ZUGFeRD, and mobile scanning, as well as collaboration tools and output management.
Key themes include Enterprise Content Management systems; digitalising the numerous standard processes in companies, and concrete insights into the d!conomy: from digital invoicing via mobile to multi-channel input systems. Furthermore, visitors can find out more about the latest topics from the ECM industry at the CeBIT ECM Forum (Stand B06), which will feature presentations and podium discussions in which EASY will participate.
In addition, the digital association BITKOM will be providing guided tours on all of the key topics from enterprise content management (ECM). “Trade visitors looking to acquire a concise overview of ECM solutions will benefit from the tours. Owners of medium-sized companies in particular can find out about the extensive range of options in an efficient way with the tours”, explains BITKOM Area Manager Frank Früh.
There are a total of three different tours available through the ECM halls at CeBIT, each with a different focus (Tuesday to Thursday from 9:15 am, duration approx. 2.5 hours):
- Tour 1 : It works in practice. Participants are given an overview of the basic features of enterprise content management systems, E-files and archiving.
- Tour 2 : Invoices pay off. Companies can save millions with electronic invoice processing. Relevant products and solutions are presented during this walking tour.
- Tour 3 : Knowledge in, knowledge out. This tour provides an overview of input and output management relating to document management systems.
